Former Pennsylvania Gov. Rick Santorum, a possible 2016 GOP presidential candidate, lumped Mayor de Blasio and Gov. Cuomo together as leftist losers Tuesday during a visit to Albany.

Santorum charged that the mayor was “destroying the fabric” of New York City by pushing his progressive policies.

“I don’t think he’s getting a lot of high marks for how things are ­going,” Santorum said before addressing the New York Family Research Foundation, a Christian group that lobbies against abortion rights and same-sex marriage.

Santorum also ripped Cuomo for sharing a “very progressive, hard-left agenda.”
