A Rikers Island correction officer was arrested for repeatedly raping his young child, authorities said.

Jose Urena, 47, was busted Tuesday evening in the Bronx and taken in for questioning.

He was later charged with several sex abuse charges, including rape, sexual conduct against a child under the age of 13 and endangering the welfare of a child, cops said.

The abuse allegedly took place over a period of time and occurred on several occasions, police said.

Urena was awaiting arraignment Wednesday morning.
