A Rikers Island correction officer raped a transgender inmate then gave her an iPod touch to keep her mouth shut, a new lawsuit claims.

The officer, identified only as “L. Galan,” forced the unnamed inmate to give him oral sex and then raped her, according to her Manhattan federal court lawsuit.

The city Department of Correction is investigating the allegation.
