The mother accused of tossing her toddler into the Hudson Tuesday before jumping in herself is undergoing a psych evaluation in a hospital jail ward.

Elmhurst Hospital officials said Devi Silvia, 33, was in stable condition yesterday.

She is being held on charges including attempted murder. There was no update on the 19-month-old girl’s condition.
