Some 12,000 rental cars are being relocated to the New York City area to refill lots that have been nearly emptied following Hurricane Sandy, Gov. Cuomo said yesterday.

Enterprise Holding — which owns National, Enterprise and Alamo — should have the cars here in time Thanksgiving.
