A deliveryman who was shot five times by a pint-sized robber says he thought the shooter was a kid who was messing around with him.

Cops have identified a 5-foot-tall reputed Latin King member named Victor Cubero as the person who robbed Jin Jin Chen on Graham Avenue in Brooklyn on Dec. 15.

“Because the robber is small-framed, I thought he was just a kid,” Chen said. “When he showed me a gun, I didn’t take it seriously. I thought it was a toy, and just walked away.”

Investigators believe Cubero lured Chen to the Bushwick Houses just to rob him.

He’s now being held on $500,000 bail on attempted-murder, assault, robbery and weapons charges.

Cubero was in court yesterday, where he threw a temper tantrum after court officers prevented him from talking with family members.

After he was forcibly removed from the courtroom on a judge’s orders, the 17-year-old broke down in tears and unleashed a litany of profanities as he was placed in a holding cell, sources said.
