A Queens man says he was smashed in the eye by an errant ball that flew from a rooftop tennis club in Manhattan while he stood outside the Chelsea building, according to a lawsuit.

Luis Bueno was standing in front of the Midtown Tennis Club on West 26th Street in August when he says the ball dropped from the sky and injured him, according to the Queens Supreme Court filing.
