About 230 cops who are graduating the Police Academy spent yesterday morning at the Apollo Theater in Harlem listening to critics as part of a sensitivity program launched after the shooting death of Sean Bell three years ago.

Among the complaints from the four panelists — including activists the Rev. Herbert Daughtry and Bishop Lester Williams — were “stop and frisks” that have left innocent people feeling abused.
