Officer James Lee, 26, was shot on Feb. 26 after he and partner Randy Chow tried to stop farebeater Rashaun Robinson, 28, in a Flatbush parking lot.

Lee had just graduated from the Police Academy in December.

He was hit in his leg, groin, and thigh, and walked with a cane when he accepted the heroism award with his partner Chow from New York City Transit president Carmen Bianco.

“We wish you a speedy recovery and a long career at the NYPD,” said Bianco.
