Rudy Giuliani will head back to New Hampshire on Thursday as he mulls another White House bid — but prominent state Republicans don’t believe he’ll run.

“A business associate of Rudy’s told me he’s not running. I think he just likes the attention,” said Fergus Cullen, ex-chairman of the state’s Republican Party.

Giuliani still has fans, but a late entry “puts him behind the eight ball,” said one state GOP official.
