Former mayor Rudy Giuliani was honored on Wednesday night for his many years of distinguished public service.

The ex-federal prosecutor gave a keynote speech at the FBI Agents Association’s first annual “G-Man Honors: A Salute To The FBI Heroes” on the rooftop of the W Hotel in Washington D.C.

In his address, Giuliani recounted his leadership role on 9/11 and encouraged sponsors to donate money to the families of fallen FBI agents to help their children pay for college.

After the speech, FBI Agents Association President Reynaldo Tariche presented Giuliani with an award in his name, “The Rudolph W. Giuliani Award For Distinguished Service.”

Among the attendees was Congressman Peter King (R-NY) and former FBI Director Robert S. Mueller III.
