Runners will hit the streets of Queens Sunday for a very special cause.

The 30th-anniversary Buckley’s-Kennedy’s 5K Charity Run will raise money for Heartshare Human Services of New York.

The organization provides services for children and adults diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities.

This year’s run will be in memory of:

* 6-week-old William Joseph Polanco Jr.

* 2-year-old Brendan James McCarthy.

* Longtime volunteer Jimmy Cassidy.

The event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on the boardwalk in Riis Park in Rockaway.

Those interested in participating should visit the group’s Web site at http://www.heartshare.org/run.
