The Russian dominatrix accused of trying to poison a doppleganger with a tainted cheesecake to steal her identity has turned on her court-appointed lawyer.
Viktoria Nasyrova, who also is suspected of murdering her neighbor in Russia, on Monday asked a Queens judge for a new lawyer, saying through a translator, “I don’t see that my lawyer is doing any work.”
Queens Judge Barry Kron snapped back, “You have no idea what you’re talking about. Everything is moving along with appropriate process and procedure.”
Kron noted the case had only been with him since February before he denied Nasyrova’s motion to switch lawyers.
Nasyrova’s court-appointed lawyer, Melissa Kaplan, told Kron, “I have done an enormous amount of work on this case.”
Nasyrova is due back in court Sept. 13.
She also faces charges in Brooklyn court for allegedly drugging men she met online and then robbing them.
