Jurors in the Rutgers privacy-invasion trial saw pictures yesterday of the spy cam that caught Tyler Clementi kissing a man, allegedly spurring Clementi’s suicide.
Prosecutors showed images of the cam — set up by Dharun Ravi, who faces 10 years in jail on bias- intimidation and invasion-of-privacy charges — on the day a pal testified about Ravi’s unease with his roommate, Clementi.
Ravi, 20, speculated that Clementi was gay, said Jeffrey Irving.
Meanwhile, the courtroom buzzed yesterday in anticipation of testimony from a man, identified only as M.B., who was caught on camera with Clementi, 18.
When the man testifies as soon as today, Judge Glenn Berman has ordered that a courtroom camera show only his hands and that no audio be broadcast.
