Kien Grant, 43, had been the lead singer of the Brooklyn band Game Rebellion. He had also partnered with his NFL brother to open AP Coffee, a cafe in Bushwick that has since closed.

Ryan Grant, 40, a running back with the Packers until retiring in 2012, contributed most of the $500,000 needed to secure a bail bond for Pizarro, sources told The Post.

The pair were said to be long-time friends although it’s unclear how they knew one another. Grant was raised in Rockland County and Pizarro, 40, on Staten Island.

Pizarro was charged in January with shooting Detective Dominick Libretti in the leg during a drug bust at his New Springville home. He had seven prior arrests in New York.

Libretti, who was hailed as a hero for using a ballistics shield to protect fellow officers from gunfire, told a friend that Pizarro getting released “was absolutely insane.”

Grant referred requests for comment to his lawyer who did not immediately respond.
