A former Saks Fifth Avenue staffer who teamed up with a psychic named Peaches to swipe more than $50,000 from the department store got off with a sweetheart deal Wednesday.

Axel Vasquez copped to charges of petit larceny in Manhattan Criminal Court in exchange for the plea, which allows him to complete 30 days of community service.

If the 28-year-old stays out of trouble for a year, he can then plead again, downgrading the misdemeanor petit larceny charge to disorderly conduct, which is a violation and not a crime.

Vasquez was accused of stealing $50,021 from the upscale department-store chain’s flagship establishment by processing phony returns for gift cards in May 2017.

The ex-clerk and his cohort, “psychic” Peaches Williams, then used the gift cards to fund lavish shopping sprees, prosecutors said.

Williams pleaded guilty to grand larceny charges in January and is set to return to court in March for sentencing.
