A judge yesterday shot down a mobster’s request for a two-month sentencing delay while he cleans up from Hurricane Sandy.

Emanuel Garofalo, 64, a reputed Gambino crime family associate, cited his home in Brooklyn’s storm-slugged Sea Gate enclave.

Federal judge Dora Irizarry instead rescheduled sentencing for Garofalo’s role in a mob extortion from Dec. 6 to Dec 19.

Prosecutors had pointed out that Garafalo had already had since last February’s conviction to prepare for prison.
