A city Sanitation Department supervisor repeatedly molested a 9-year-old girl in her Brooklyn home, police charged yesterday.

Vincent Cardaci, 54, allegedly fondled her in Dyker Heights on five occasions, starting Jan. 4.

The 25-year department vet knew the girl’s mom and was off duty each time, cops said.

He was arrested Thursday.
