Even Santa’s “reindeer” need a practice run.
A security camera caught more than a dozen deer going for a single-file stroll through a snowy Connecticut town — just days before Christmas, video posted on Twitter shows.
The footage, shot early Tuesday in a residential neighborhood in Milford, was originally posted on social media by Tony Bianchi.
“It was almost like a Christmas miracle,” Bianchi told The Post on Thursday.
“I just want the kids to say, ‘Oh, it’s real,'” he said. “The more smiles you put on their faces the better, especially on Christmas Eve.”
Bianchi, 38, the father of two young girls, said he checks his security camera every morning before heading off to his job at Sikorsky Aircraft, a Stratford-based helicopter manufacturer.
On Tuesday, he saw that the deer had marched right down the middle of his quiet suburban street at 4:26 a.m.
“It was cool,” Bianchi said. “You never see nine, 10 deer in a line.”
It was posted on Twitter on Thursday by ABC Eyewitness News.
The suburban stroll by the deer is reminiscent of the legendary reindeer that pull Santa’s gift-filled sleigh on Christmas.
However, none of the deer in the video appear to have a shiny nose.
