Harlem Rep. Charles Rangel won another election yesterday — on style points.
Esquire magazine yesterday named New York’s “Dapper Dean” one of DC’s fashion plates.
Esquire said Rangel’s flashy attire evokes historic, jazzy Harlem — adding class and gravitas to congressional proceedings.
“Though some may question his ethical judgment, the man’s got flair,” the magazine said.
