A 49-year-old man was in a medically induced coma yesterday, three days after a vicious gay-bash attack by two men near his Queens home, police said.

Daniel Aleman, 26, who was arrested Sunday, and a man identified yesterday by cops as Daniel Rodriguez, 21, taunted Jack Price with anti-gay slurs while he was in the College Point store early Friday.

They waited until Price left the store before allegedly jumping him, authorities charged. Price suffered a fractured jaw and ribs, and a lacerated spleen.

Afterward, Price stumbled home, where he called for help. Aleman was charged with aggravated assault as a hate crime.

Rodriguez was still at large last night. He has one prior arrest on a criminal mischief charge, authorities said.

The NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating.

Price was in serious but stable condition at New York Hospital Queens.
