A Westchester County man allegedly lured investors into backing a plan for an indoor baseball facility for kids, then used the money to pay his mortgage and other bills.
Frank Schwall, who once sat on the Scarsdale Little League’s board of directors, got as much as $50,000 from one victim, prosecutors said Wednesday in Westchester County Court.
