A Harlem doctor who says she has 12 personality “alters” will die if she has to do prison time for selling phony OxyContin prescriptions, her lawyer said yesterday.

That’s because Diana Williamson has almost as many physical ailments as she does personalities, including hypertensive heart disease, asthma, vascular necrosis, anaphylaxis and osteoporosis, lawyer Jonathan Marks said.

He told Manhattan federal Judge Lorretta Preska that she’s been hospitalized 13 times in the past year.
