Eric Schneiderman will spend his last day as New York attorney general away from the office, his spokeswoman told reporters Tuesday.
Amy Spitalnick declined to answer questions in the wake of allegations in a bombshell report that her boss slapped and choked four women he’d dated.
“I just know he is not coming in today,” she told a throng of media camped outside the AG’s Liberty Street office.
Schneiderman is believed to be holed up inside his Upper West Side apartment after resigning from his post Monday night.
