An NYPD school crossing guard choked a 14-year-old boy in Queens yesterday morning, cops said.
Jillian Selby, 60, knocked the boy’s cap off and wrapped her hands around his neck during a 7:30 a.m. argument about the teen taking too long to cross at the corner of Rockaway Boulevard and 99th Street in Ozone Park, police sources said.
The boy escaped with minor injuries and Selby was arrested on charges of criminal obstruction of breathing, acting in a manner injurious to a child, and harassment.
