Not only is Sen. Chuck Schumer’s approval rating below 50 percent, but his negative rating is higher than his favorables, the new Marist College survey shows.
The astonishing numbers have Schumer’s combined “fair” and “poor” rating at 48 percent. His approval, a combined “excellent” and “good,” is 47 percent – his lowest, as the Knickerbocker noted earlier today, since March 2000.
His biggest dip is in New York City.
