A sister of Greenwich Village’s “Scooter Lady” is suing the trucking company whose driver mowed the woman down.

Liedtka Trucking failed to check the driver’s safety record before the Aug. 27 crash that killed Jessica Dworkin, 58, the suit says. The firm called it a “horrible tragedy” but denied it was at fault.
