Indicted City Councilman Larry Seabrook threw himself a nearly $3,000 victory party after winning an easy reelection by a 16-1 margin in November.

Seabrook paid Sea Shore Restaurant & Marina in the Bronx $2,923.40 for his celebration last year, according to campaign finance reports out today.

Two months later he was slapped with a 13-count federal indictment for extortion, money laundering, fraud and the now-famous receipt fudging in which he got reimbursed for a $177 bagel and drink.

The councilman could not be reached for comment.

His filing with the state Board of Elections shows he has raised a modest sum – $690 – for his “Yes We Can Seabrook 2009” account since the election.
