City Councilman Larry Seabrook’s gal pal cannot be called a “mistress” at his corruption retrial, a Manhattan federal judge said — but the accused crooked pol’s long-suffering wife was still a no-show yesterday.

Seabrook’s spouse, Maria Diaz, last year attended each session of his first trial, which featured humiliating testimony about his years-long affair with ex-lover Gloria Jones-Grant.
