Crooked ex-pol Larry Seabrook is pleading for no jail time, saying he has already “had to suffer immense shame, humiliation and degradation” from his corruption conviction.

Seabrook’s lawyers also noted that the Bronx Democrat “is now a convicted felon who will be unable to participate in any level of the electoral process.”

Prosecutors say Seabrook, 62, deserves up to nine years in the slammer.
