It’s not quite what the doctor ordered.

Police say Cushner Buss, 30, was behind the wheel of a car at Hylan Boulevard in Dongan Hills at 6:40 p.m. Thursday when he handed a bottle and a pill to his passenger, John Barbaria, 32.

Suspicious of their behavior, cops pulled them over and spotted a marijuana joint in the ashtray, sources said.

The officers searched the car and found a bottle of Xanax for which neither man had a valid prescription, sources said.

The cops also found a pair of brass knuckles, an imitation Beretta pistol and a stun gun, according to a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.
