Snooki has a new BFF — the mayor of Seaside Heights, NJ.

The sleepy coastal town made headlines across America after cops busted her there, and it was sweet music to Mayor Ken Hershey’s ears.

“We’re getting wonderful publicity!” Hershey gushed to The Post yesterday. “We couldn’t pay a half-million dollars for this!”

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, 22, was arrested on Friday after drunkenly trampling over beachgoers.

“Do you know who I am? I’m f–king Snooki!” she allegedly told cops. “You can’t do this!”

She was booked for disorderly conduct and released.
