City officials gave the boot yesterday to the second Brooklyn high-school teacher caught naked in a classroom lesbian tryst.

An arbitrator found Cindy Mauro’s claims that her treating of fellow teacher Alini Brito’s diabetic condition at James Madison HS in late 2009 was somehow mistaken for a sex romp to be “devoid of credibility.”

Mauro’s lawyer told The Post he’s filing a lawsuit.
