Think it’s easy being a doorman? Think again. Part security guard, part psychologist, it’s not a job for just anyone. Brooklyn’s best, Ronald Williams, gives us a four-point program for success:

• Be personable: “You can’t be a sour puss and be all glum. Say ‘hi’ and smile.”

• Be efficient: “You have phones ringing and you have to watch the front door, back door and garage door. You have to bring your ‘A game’ every day.”

• Know everyone: “It helps you identify strangers quickly.”

• Be patient: “Handle it.”
