The official misconduct sentencing of the two disgraced officers from the “Rape Cops” trial, originally scheduled for today, is being delayed so defense lawyers can file additional motions, including some related to an HBO documentary, The Post has learned.

Kenneth Moreno and Franklin Mata must still report to court, but Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Gregory Carro is expected to adjourn the sentence hearing, a source said.

Their lawyers want more time to review raw footage from HBO’s film “Sex Crimes Unit,” in which prosecutors discuss the case, according to a source. The DA’s office turned over the footage on Friday, the source said.

Moreno and Mata were cleared in May of rape and burglary charges in connection to their visits to the East Village home of a drunken fashion exec they’d been dispatched to help.

Each faces up to two years behind bars for misconduct. Sidewalk surveillance video showed them using the woman’s key to let themselves into her building on Dec. 7, 2008.

Both cops were fired and their pensions voided.

Moreno’s lawyer, Joseph Tacopina, and Mata’s lawyer, Edward Mandery, declined to describe the papers they plan to file.
