A sicko parolee raped a stranger in a terrifying attack on the streets of the Bronx early Tuesday — just weeks after he walked out of prison, police said.
Nicholas Dejesus, 42, grabbed the 33-year-old woman’s neck from behind as she stood on Broadway near West 230th Street in Kingsbridge at around 5:30 a.m., cops and sources said.
“Give it to me or I’ll kill you,” the creep told her, according to authorities.

Dejesus was arrested and charged with rape, sexual abuse, assault and harassment, police said. Google MapsDejesus was just conditionally released on parole from state prison in July after serving more than nine years on a second- and third-degree robbery conviction, according to Department of Corrections and Community Supervision records.
His sentence for those crimes was initially supposed to be 15 years and five months, plus five years of post-release supervision.
Dejesus’s parole is set to expire in 2030.
He has three robbery arrests on his record – from April 2012 in Brooklyn, September 2011 in Queens and July 2002 in Brooklyn, sources said.
Dejesus was also arrested in March 2010 for a Brooklyn assault, and about a year later, on a prison contraband charge, according to the sources.
“The case is under investigation by DOCCS, and the Department is working with the New York City Police Department and the Bronx District Attorney’s office,” the DOCCS said in a statement to The Post, noting they are aware of Dejesus’s recent arrest.
“DOCCS will commence parole revocation proceedings against Dejesus if evidence is made available by the DA’s office and it supports the allegations that he violated the conditions of his parole in an important respect.”
