An alleged serial shoplifter was busted in Manhattan after knocking over a Target two dozen times over a three-month span, The Post has learned.

The sticky-fingered 30-year-old James Connelly was picked up by detectives in lower Manhattan Thursday and they connected him to 28 separate incidents, cops said.

Police charged Connelly with 22 counts of petit larceny, five counts of grand larceny and a robbery, police said.

Connelly allegedly honed in on a Target store on Greenwich St. in Tribeca for the majority of his thefts, police said.

In the latest incident, he allegedly walked into the retail chain store and grabbed $50 in Red Bull cases. An NYPD officer working a security detail tried to stop the man but he took off, cops said.

A week earlier, Connelly allegedly hit the same store again, stealing $1,200 in electric razors, police said.
