Three Queens and Bronx restaurant owners were arrested last week for offering cash to undercover city investigators posing as health inspectors, the Department of Investigation said yesterday.

Vasko Todoroski, 50, allegedly tried to pay $300 to a prober to overlook mouse droppings and insects at his International Bake Shop in Glendale last month.

Isidro Polanco, 44, also allegedly tried to bribe an investigator with $300 at his Polanco’s restaurant in East Elmhurst. Both were arrested Thursday.

Themistoklis Katehis, 55, is accused of trying to pay $170 to have some health-code violations disappear for Bronxwood’s Allerton Restaurant in March. He was arrested Wednesday.
