Seven handicapped people suffered minor injuries Thursday morning when a school bus crashed into a fire hydrant in Brooklyn.
The bus, which was carrying more than a dozen passengers, struck the hydrant in the Crown Heights neighborhood at about 8:00am local time.
The seven injured were taken to Kings County Hospital for treatment, according to emergency officials.
Aerial footage showed several firefighters on the ground trying to get beneath the rear of the bus.
Police are investigating how the accident occurred.
