Seven people were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle pileup on the Bronx River Parkway Saturday afternoon, the FDNY said.

At least four vehicles collided on the Gun Hill Road exit ramp at around 2:30 p.m., with one car flipping over and onto a guard rail, an FDNY spokesman said.

Three people had serious, but non-life-threatening injuries, and four more suffered minor wounds. All were treated at Jacobi Medical Center.

The cause of the crash wasn’t clear.
