Nine passengers on an MTA bus were injured in a crash in Queens on Monday — including a 4-year-old who was carried off by a medic, officials said.

The bus smashed into a van at Merrick Boulevard and Liberty Avenue around 1:30 p.m., police and witnesses said. The driver of the van remained on the scene, cops said.

Two people were taken to Jamaica Hospital, and two were transported to Long Island Jewish Medical. All their injuries were minor, an FDNY spokeswoman said.
