Three people were injured — including one critically and another seriously — when a mini crane came crashing down from an East Harlem construction site Monday morning, authorities said.

A construction crew was installing a curtain wall at a building on East 126th Street near Lexington Avenue around 11:10 a.m. when the Jekko mini crane lost control, a Department of Buildings spokeswoman said.

The crane — carrying the panel in tow — rolled over and fell three-to-four stories to the ground below — taking one male worker with it and injuring two others, officials said

“The guy was saying he can’t feel his legs,” said a hardhat from a neighboring worksite, describing how a panel landed on one of the worker’s legs. “He really got crushed. I hope he didn’t get paralyzed.”

Three construction workers were rushed to Harlem Hospital, including a victim who was taken in critical condition after falling approximately three stories, police said. The man’s condition was later upgraded to stable.

Another person was in serious condition, with non-life-threatening injuries, and a third suffered minor injuries after being struck by debris, police and an FDNY spokesman said.
The buildings department is investigating.
