Hero cop Kevin Brennan yesterday faced down the Brooklyn thug accused of shooting him in the head.

Luis “Baby’’ Ortiz, who was in Brooklyn Supreme Court for his arraignment on murder charges for an earlier shooting, boasted after his arrest that he was busy with a gal pal when Brennan was shot in January, court documents revealed.

“What did I get snatched up for? I don’t know what this is all about,” Ortiz allegedly told cops.

“I was in the crib all day, getting some p—y.

“My alibi is airtight.”

Brennan was accompanied in court by his wife and several fellow cops .
