What a mama’s boy!

The ex-manager of “Sex and the City” creator Candace Bushnell filed court papers today saying that he lives in a New Jersey home “owned by my mother.”

And when he’s not at his mom’s house in Englewood Cliffs, Clifford Streit says he can be found “at an apartment leased by my mother” on the Upper West Side.

Streit — who reportedly inspired the flamboyantly gay SATC character Stanford Blatch — is suing Bushnell for allegedly cheating him out of profits from the hit HBO series and two spin-off movies.

Streit’s affidavit says the case rightfully belongs in Manhattan federal court due to “diversity jurisdiction,” because “I am a resident of, and am domiciled in” the Garden State, while Bushnell lives in New York.

Bushnell’s lawyer didn’t return a request for comment.
