“Sex and the City” and “Modern Family” executive producer Cindy Chupack has cast herself as a drama queen in a $100,000 legal battle over a Greenwich Village town house, according to the building’s owner.

The three-time Golden Globe winner had accused Rebecca Flores, owner of 13 E. Ninth St., of cheating her out of a $15,000 deposit to rent the stately brick home.

She lost the Manhattan Supreme Court suit, but vowed to file another.

The saga began when ­Chupack, 50, put the money down after selecting the three-bedroom home from the Web site VRBO.

But then she tried to cancel the three-month, $60,000 booking the next day.

Chupack claims Flores had promised to try and rerent the pad, but never did.

Flores has countersued for $100,000, saying e-mails prove that the producer agreed to a nonrefundable, $15,000 hold fee.
