An NYPD commander under fire for the alleged sexual harassment of a married female detective has submitted his resignation, The Post has learned.

In April, the department’s Office of Equal Employment Opportunity began probing claims Deputy Chief Michael Gabriel, 51, the commanding officer of Bronx detectives, gave unwanted massages to the detective and sent her weird text messages.
