A Brooklyn man accused of trying to rape an East Village woman in her apartment building stairwell early Sunday was ordered held in lieu of $100,000 bail during his arraignment yesterday.

Imre Meszesan, 35, faces burglary and sex-abuse charges in the case, which comes four months after he was arrested in a Long Island store for allegedly exposing himself.
