A sexual predator, after whining about the court’s unfairness, was sentenced yesterday to 78 years to life in prison.
“This entire trial was unfair. You were unfair and prejudiced,” griped Marquis Phillips, 36, an ex-con convicted of sexually assaulting an East Harlem teen in her building elevator.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Gregory Carro said that while Phillips is “on this planet, the public is in danger.”
