‘Sex-trafficking’ raps
Four people were indicted in two separate cases for the sex trafficking of two adolescent girls, the Brooklyn DA said yesterday.
Kendal “Ace” Judge, 21, and Shanique Davis allegedly lured a 13-year-old girl into prostitution by promising to love and protect her, DA Charles Hynes said.
In the other case, prosecutors said Melinda Carmichael, 22, introduced a 12-year-old girl to alleged pimp Gary Whitfield, 29, who they said forced the child into the sex trade for 10 months.
All four defendants face up to 25 years in prison, Hynes said.
