The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office is investigating a former “America’s Next Top Model” judge accused by a sexy catwalker of writing bogus checks, The Post has learned.

Nole Marin, who owns New York-based Aim Model Management, sent London-born Louisa Warwick out on several jobs, then mailed her two checks for more than $8,000 — but both bounced, said her attorney, Mark Jay Heller.

A spokesman for Marin’s agency said Warwick “was released from her contract for cause.”
